Creating with Cool Stuff – Supply fee of $20 includes full instructions and pattern, Puff Painted tree and rocks, Tyvek; iridescent cracked ice; roving, Mistyfuse; Lutradur; Totally Stable, Angelina fiber, cellophane; use of fabric paints, metallic paint powders, Shiva paint sticks, sheer fabrics as needed, and glitter glues.
Note to Workshop Chair: We will need about 5 irons & ironing surfaces for the class, a couple of plug strips and cords, and two extra tables for painting and other esoteric activities. You might want a couple of cheap plastic tarps if you need to protect rugs and/or tables.

Fabrics:
- One small piece or fat quarter of dark sky fabric – hand dyed, batik, painted, or just convincing as a dark sky
- One small piece of printed flowers you can fussy cut wildflowers or greenery (you just need a couple of inches of this)
- A few small pieces of sheer or transparent fabrics such as white sparkle organza, white shimmer perle or opalescent organdie
- Small pieces of blue and/or white fabric for water, possibly water print, but any blue and white fabrics will do for the stream underlying sheer fabrics.
Other stuff - required: (Yes, you really need this stuff!)
- Glue stick
- A sheet of Lite Steam a Seam II or equivalent
- One piece of tracing paper (the kind you see through to trace designs)
- Freezer paper, 11-1/2” x 14”
- Scotch tape
- Lots of glass headed straight pins
- Ultra fine line permanent Sharpie marker
- Palette or 5-6 small plastic cups for paint & water
- 3-5 small to medium paintbrushes, fan brush if you have one
- Apron
- Fine iridescent (white) glitter (Glamour from Michael’s or Hobby Lobby is great!)
- White plastic garbage bag
- Olfa cutter, small cutting board, ruler
- Flat metal cookie sheet
- Paper & Fabric Scissors, including sharp embroidery scissors
- Heat gun and/or wood burning tool
- Parchment paper
- Small electric fan
